Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Arborglo ("we", "us", "our") via our website www.arborglo.co.za. We comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA) of South Africa.

Because we sell health supplements, vitamins and ingestible products, additional hygiene and safety rules apply.


1. General Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@arborglo.co.za within the timeframes stated below so we can assist.


2. Change of Mind (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the CPA, consumers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period for goods purchased online.

However, for health, supplements and ingestible products, the following applies:

  • Products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging

  • Products must be in a resalable condition

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, used or tampered with cannot be returned for health and safety reasons

If these conditions are met:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are for the customer’s account

  • A refund will be processed once the product is received and inspected


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used supplements, vitamins or ingestible products

  • Products with broken safety seals

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse

  • Products purchased on clearance or marked as final sale

This is in line with hygiene and consumer safety regulations.


4. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the claim is valid, we will offer one of the following (as per the CPA):

  • A replacement

  • A repair (if applicable)

  • A full refund

In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.


5. Allergic Reactions & Individual Results

Our supplements are formulated to high quality standards. However:

  • Individual results may vary

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions if ingredients were clearly listed on the product page

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and consult a healthcare professional before use

Opened products cannot be returned due to allergic reactions unless the product is proven to be defective.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


7. Cancellations Before Shipping

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to the conditions above.
