1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within South Africa only, unless otherwise stated on our website.
2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

Main centres: 1-2 business days

Outlying areas: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).
6. Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to:

8. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

Provide clear photos of the outer packaging and product
We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
